Appointments
Our office policy states that once an appointment time is agreed upon,
your appointment card will serve as the confirmation and implies your
obligation to be present. For our new patients, unless your appointment
is scheduled within 3 or 4 days, we will send you a confirmation card.
Every effort is made to keep on schedule so we respectfully ask
our patients to be prompt and keep their appointments.
If you need to change your appointment, we require at least 24
hours notice to avoid a charge for lost time. Exceptions to this
rule can be determined only on an individual basis, according to
circumstances. We will attempt to contact you the day of your missed
appointment, but should we be unsuccessful, please contact us at
your earliest convenience to inform us of situations we may not
have been aware of.
Insurance and Billing
Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please
call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit
as estimated by your insurance carrier.
